Social Network Elite Terms of Service
1. General
This is the most recent terms of service agreement from Social Network Elite LLC as of January 1st, 2017. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT ALL TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE Social Network Elite Website, DO NOT REGISTER OR ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT. Any further changes to these terms replace all former agreements. Social Network Elite LLC reserves the right to change this agreement at any time.
2. Service
Social Network Elite will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and pictures on Instagram and/or Twitter. We require your social media credentials to run our service. You may update your credentials at any time to discontinue using our service. You agree to not use our services for malicious purposes. The expected amount of followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. Numbers of followers referenced are based on average results. Exact numbers of followers, likes, and comments will depend on the quality of your content, target audience, and more. Images liked by Social Network Elite or our related services are chosen through hash-tagging and other automated means. By using our service, you confirm that you understand that we cannot guarantee photos liked and commented on to be of appropriate material.
3. Registration
By registering for Social Network Elite, you agree that you are at least 13 years of age. You agree to provide accurate account credentials in order to receive service. By registering for our service, you agree to abide by all policies for Instagram and Twitter. You may not use Social Network Elite's services in a way that break the terms of service of Instagram and/or Twitter. Social Network Elite reserves the right to refuse service to users who break Instagram's and/or Twitter's terms of service.
4. Privacy
By submitting your information to social network elite, you agree to opt-in to marketing and sales communications. You may unsubscribe to our emails at any time. We take your privacy seriously and do not sell your information to any 3rd parties. By submitting your information to social network elite, you give your consent for us to store your information, even beyond your subscription terms. You agree to contact us immediately if you need your information removed from our records.
5. Refund Policy
You are entirely responsible for canceling your account. If you wish to cancel, YOU must do so. Simply contact us via email to cancel or you can cancel through your PayPal dashboard. Our plans are an automatic renewal until canceled. Refunds can only / will only be issued if the users asks and only for the current month they are in. For no exception can we refund back more than one month. Users are responsible for making sure their account settings are all correct, and contacting us if anything needs to be updated.
6. Liabilities
Social Network Elite is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram. Social Network Elite uses no copyrighted images, and acts expeditiously to any claims of copyright infringement. If you believe any content on our site or linked to contains copyrighted content, please contact us. We are not liable for accounts that are deleted or disabled by Instagram. Instagram has the ability to delete any account at any time for any reason.
7. Terms of Free Trial
Social Network Elite allows for one trial per customer. We reserve the right to cancel trials or paid accounts at any time for any reason.
8. Disclaimer
Social Network Elite will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Social Network Elite makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since Social Network Elite uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee up time or availability of our website.
9. Change of Terms
This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Social Network Elite is required upon your continued use of our website or software.
